Instead of paying per service (150–300 AED), every apartment can now pay 200 AED per year and receive two general AC services for better maintenance. Repairs beyond routine service will be quoted separately. Fawaz team will continue handling lifts, fire safety, plumbing, water supply, swimming pool, and other common area maintenance.
