The Committee Association of Gulfa Towers has been officially formed under the guidance of the Ajman Land Department to represent the interests of all apartment owners and residents within our community.
Our Purpose
We act as a bridge between the apartment owners and the management companies (RHA, Fawaz, and GPHIFM), ensuring that community-wide issues are addressed effectively and transparently. Our role is to safeguard the collective interests of the building and maintain a high standard of living for everyone at Gulfa Towers.
Our Responsibilities
-
Reviewing Complaints: We carefully review and discuss all complaints and feedback submitted by apartment owners and residents.
-
Planning with RHA: We meet regularly with RHA to plan, coordinate, and make decisions on behalf of the community.
-
Focusing on Common Issues: Our committee’s role is to handle common area and building-wide issues, not individual apartment problems. However, if an owner’s issue remains unresolved by the management team, or if there are difficulties with Fawaz or GPHIFM, they may escalate the matter to us.
-
Decision Making: We provide input on management decisions, service improvements, and future planning for the towers.
-
Representation: We ensure that all owners’ voices are heard and that concerns are raised with RHA at the highest level.
What We Do Not Handle
Please note that individual apartment issues such as AC servicing, plumbing, or electrical repairs should be addressed directly with the management teams (Fawaz or GPHIFM). The committee will only intervene if such issues remain unresolved or if there is a dispute with the management teams.
Our Commitment
We are a volunteer-based committee – we do not receive payment for our work. Our commitment comes from being residents and owners ourselves, with a shared goal of creating a safe, well-maintained, and thriving community for everyone in Gulfa Towers.
